What this site is

Information about Benton County's district courts is spread across state judiciary pages, court rules, county pages, city pages, election-commission documents and PDFs. Finding a straight answer to an ordinary question — where is my court, what happens at arraignment, who is the judge for my city — takes far more work than it should.

This site pulls that information together and explains it in plain English, with a link back to the official source for each fact.

Information is compiled from publicly available sources. When official information differs from information on this site, the official government source controls.
